Kim Arehart

I am the youngest daughter of Don & Libby Eastham. My family lived in Jamestown. & owned Merryland Roller Rink from 1975-1985. It was then that we moved back to Maryland. I am married to my incredible husband Charlie since 2000, & in 2015, we moved back to Russell Co. Our children are 2 fur babies--a dog named Diesel & a cat named Sheba. We have lived in Jamestown since 2015. Before that, we lived in Alpharetta, a suburb of Atlanta, northeast of the city, where I practiced real estate for 10 years. I serve on the Russell County Search & Rescue team & am a member of Grace Family Fellowship church in Russell Springs. I am excited about bringing my real estate career to Russell & surrounding counties!

Testimonials by past clients:

In 2011, getting ready for a move from Maryland to Georgia, we found Kim Arehart . We drove to Georgia and met with her at our hotel. She worked very hard to find us a great home ! That was nearly 9 years ago and we couldn’t be happier. She’ll work just as hard for you as she did for us. She’s a great gal and our friend for life ---Pat

I recommend Kim Arehart To anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is one of the best in the business in my opinion. She returned my phone calls and emails the same day. She is also very personable with a great personality. I was probably a very picky buyer and she was always patient with me and showed me as many homes as I wanted to see till I found my perfect home. You can’t go wrong with Kim as your Realtor---Sue

I met Kim Arehart online in 2007 while surfing the internet for a home to buy as my husband and I planned to relocate from California to Atlanta Georgia, sometime in the near future. At that time, we did not have any knowledge about what Atlanta offered or what life in the south would be like. We moved to Atlanta because of the lower cost of living. Kim provided assistance to us without knowing whether or not we would keep this commitment.

A few months before the move, I flew to Atlanta to meet Kim and she assisted with finding a rental home for us. To make a long story short, we moved into the rental in late 2009.

In 2011, Kim assisted with our purchase of a short sale home at such a low cost that we were able to sell that home six years later and move into a new home with no mortgage. We have known Kim over a span of 10 years. She is phenomenal and exceptional as a person. What I love about her that adds to her skills as a Realtor is she is very spiritual and speaks from her heart.

Overall, Kim’s knowledge, skills and experience demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of real estate from the perspective of letting the buyer know all the facts, the good, the bad and ugly about what you are about to buy and allowing you to decide what is best for you versus pushing a personal agenda. To date, Kim has remained a dear friend of ours and has visited us in our new home. I highly recommend Kim Arehart as a Real Estate Agent to help you find your home.-----Doris & David

I grew up in Russell County. I lived here with my family from 1975-1985, when my parents owned Merryland Roller Rink. We moved away after that, but in 2015 my husband & I moved back to Russell Co & we are thrilled to be here. In addition to working all the jobs at the skating rink, I have worked several jobs that have allowed me to meet people from all over the world & from all walks of life. I was a hairdresser for 19 years, I worked as a security guard at a racetrack in Maryland, I was a karaoke hostess, & I volunteered at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. I was also a realtor in Georgia for 10 years. My experience in all these different arenas has helped me build excellent communication skills & get a feel for how to best serve my clients & customers.

I got into the real estate business in 2005 when we lived in Georgia. During that time, I never had a problem with an appraisal--as a buyer's agent OR as a listing agent. Finding just the right value has been something I've always seemed to have a real knack for.

I've always loved showing & listing houses. Whether I'm helping buyers with renovation & decorating ideas, helping them know how to find the resources for a smooth transaction or knowing I've helped my seller maximize their profits so they can begin a new chapter in their lives. When you are looking to buy or sell real estate, whether it's lake property, a hunting cabin, a family home, or a piece of land, I want to be your "go to gal" for all things real estate! There are so many unique properties in the Lake Cumberland area. I feel like my expertise in finding the right value (whether for a buyer or a seller!) makes me the right choice when you are considering a real estate transaction. Call, text or email me today with any questions! Let me help you buy or sell a home the "Weichert Way"!
